Speakers: Jessica Raymond-Allbritten, CRDH, BASDH, is the lead oral-systemic dental hygienist at Lepore Comprehensive Dentistry in Dunedin, FL. She was a member of the 2015 Colgate Oral Health Advisory Board and current advisory board member for St Petersburg College School of Dental Hygiene. Jessica is also a contributing author for RDH Magazine, Dental Product Shopper, and Colgate Oral Health Advisor web page. Ryan Lepore, DMD, is the CEO and Clinical Director of Lepore Comprehensive Dentistry in Dunedin, FL and Gentle Dentistry in Tampa, FL. He graduated from University of Florida in 2013. Dr. Lepore is on faculty at the Nash Institute of Dental Learning. He has advance post-graduate education in rehabilitative, cosmetic, and oral-systemic dentistry. At his practices, he focuses on creating a positive experience for each patient while exceeding their expectations in determining root cause, treatment, and prevention of disease of their oral-systemic health. Phyllis Martina, RDH, MBA, FADHA, is the Senior Professional Education Manager for Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where she manages professional education for students and licensed professionals. Her career in dentistry started in high school as an assistant to the dental assistant. She then graduated from University of Missouri-Kansas City with a Bachelor of Science degree with honors. She received her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and finance from the University of Southern California. She has also held positions as clinician, faculty member, as well as corporate positions in marketing, sales and management. She developed and presented courses to students, faculty, and dental professionals. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association, American Dental Education Association and is a lifetime member of Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene honor society.
