If this last year has shown us anything, it’s that we must constantly adapt, evolve, pivot, reimagine, and problem solve. We can plan and anticipate only so much, and then we must be ready to tackle the curveballs that are guaranteed to come our way. Organizations are needing to be more agile, and employees have to be ready to roll with the punches and figure things out. So how do you teach and build this skill? What are the competencies and how do you grow them?

Speakers: Lora Haines is a high-energy, world-class facilitator, keynote speaker, and instructional design expert. Lora is a certified coach who is passionate about helping professionals reach their highest career aspirations. When she isn’t facilitating workshops, she develops engaging curriculum and consults global organizations. Diane S. Peterson, RDH, MEd is the Professional Education Manager for Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to her position with Colgate she was a full time faculty member at Vermont Technical College. She also holds an adjunct faculty position at St. Petersburg College.  She has developed and presented courses to student dental professionals, professional associations, dental societies and study clubs. Her focus is to provide dental professionals with current scientific research and information to assist them with making active, evidence-based recommendations in their clinical practice.

For those that cannot attend live, the recording will be automatically available in your CE Smart Learning Center within 24 hours post-event. 1.5 CE can be earned after successful completion of a post-test.
