This workshop supports competencies such as communication, driving results, relationship building, and leading and managing others. At the conclusion of this presentation, attendees will be able to create a personalized action plan to put their influencing skills in motion.

Speaker:
Monica Gonzales is a talent and development professional with over 20 years of experience in training. In her role, she is responsible for creating, implementing, and delivering training programs and processes that align with strategic business objectives. Monica received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the New York Institute of Technology.
