Join us for a two-day virtual certificate program designed to support your health, your resilience and your future in dental hygiene.

Burnout is real, and in dental hygiene, it's increasingly common. Long hours, physical strain, and constant demands can lead to exhaustion, disengagement, and even thoughts of leaving the profession.

The American Dental Hygienists' Association is here to change all that with this online weekend workshop. Join us to discover practical tools, expert guidance and peer support to protect your well-being and build a career that lasts.

Practical strategies. Virtual ease.

This interactive virtual certificate program brings together proven strategies for physical wellness, mental well-being, workplace communication and career planning.

Across two half-day sessions, you'll explore evidence-informed approaches to reducing occupational strain, preventing burnout, strengthening resilience and navigating the realities of clinical practice to build a career that is both sustainable and fulfilling.

Be your own best advocate.

You spend your days caring for others but your well-being matters just as much. With the right tools, you can advocate for yourself in the workplace, stay aligned with your personal goals and build a path toward professional and financial stability.
