Speakers: 
Karen Davis, RDH, BSDH, is founder of her own continuing education company, Cutting Edge Concepts®Dentistry Today has recognized Karen as a “Leader in Continuing Education” since 2006, and she is the 2023 recipient of the Gordon J. Christensen Lecturer Recognition Award. Karen’s expertise as a practicing clinician, speaker, key opinion leader, consultant and author enables her to provide compelling health and wellness messages to colleagues internationally. Karen is an independent consultant to Philips Oral Healthcare, EMS, and Periosciences. She currently practices dental hygiene in Dallas, Texas, and has enjoyed doing so with the same dental family for over 35 years.

Ann Spolarich, RDH, PhD, FSCDH, is an internationally recognized author and speaker on pharmacology and the care of medically complex patients. She has presented more than 1,000 invited lectures and has over 125 professional publications. She is a Professor, Course Director of Oral Medicine and Pharmacology, and Assistant Dean for Research at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, where she teaches part-time in the Special Care Clinic. Ann is also a faculty member in the NYU Langone AEGD residency program at ASDOH. She was awarded fellowship status in special care dental hygiene by the Special Care Dentistry Association in 2016.
