ADHA CE Request Payment Portal Aug 2023- July 2024

Welcome to the CE Request Payment Portal. Please read the instructions carefully before continuing. 

To complete your payment: 
1. Sign in using your ADHA username and password.
2. Click "Register Myself."
3. Under the program option, change the quantity to the number of times the course is presented and click "Update". NOTE: Default is set to 1. If more than 1, the price change will not display on this page.
4. Click "Proceed to Cart." The cart should then show the total price for your order.
5. Input your payment details then click "Submit Order."
6. Once on the confirmation page, you can close your browser and your application is complete. You will be emailed a receipt. 
7. After payment, please email with the date of transaction and related course title.
