Speaker: John C. Comisi, D.D.S., M.A.G.D., C. - A.C.S.D.D., D’A.S.B.A.
Program Track: Clinical
Course Description: We require sleep each evening to repair and regenerate, but perhaps without beneficial and effective sleep, our bodies and our mouths may be under attack, and we don’t even know it. We fix teeth and prescribe things to overcome the oral and physical challenges, but are we missing the underlying causality?
Learning Objectives:
- Explore the arena of sleep related breathing disorders.
- Explain why we can’t just “fix” the problems that we see.
- Describe the new thinking that must be employed to help our patients and perhaps even ourselves.
