Course Description: Influence doesn't just happen - it is a skill that we must work on. In this course, attendees will learn the barriers to influence as well as influencing principles. This workshop supports competencies such as communication, driving results, relationship building, and leading and managing others. At the conclusion of this presentation, attendees will be able to create a personalized action plan to put their influencing skills in motion.
