ADHA26 Foundation Wellness Day Challenge

The ADHA FOUNDATION is thrilled to saddle up for a special, one-day-only WELLNESS DAY CHALLENGE at ADHA26! Open to anyone attending the Annual Conference, this Texas-themed challenge invites you to embrace your inner cowgirl, cowboy, or cowperson, prioritize your wellbeing, and complete six secret wellness missions—all in one action-packed Sunday.

Before the challenge kicks off, registered participants will pick up their mission card at the ADHA Foundation Booth, your official home-base for the day. At 8am (CT) on Sunday, the clock starts ticking—and you’ll have exactly 9 hours to round up your missions, complete each task, and return to home-base to submit your mission reports. Those who finish all six missions will earn an exclusive wellness swag bag as their reward for a job well done.

Bonus Step Challenge & Prize Opportunity - In addition to earning your wellness swag bag, participants who tally at least 15,000 steps by the deadline will be automatically entered to win a free "Prevention Pro" registration for ADHA27. The winner will be announced Sunday evening via push notification in the ADHA26 conference app.

All proceeds support ADHA Foundation scholarship and grant programs, helping invest in the future of dental hygiene.
